Social Media Support for the ‘No Trivia’ Social Project (UNFPA Ukraine) on Instagram

UNFPA Ukraine is the Ukrainian office of the United Nations Population Fund. The organisation implements social and educational programmes aimed at supporting young people, protecting human rights and creating a safe environment for development and growing up.

Sasquatch Digital worked with UNFPA Ukraine from 2021 to 2024.

The primary goal was to support teenagers, give them a sense of stability and help them recognise their emotions and navigate the stages of growing up in a friendly and safe information environment.

Our Objectives

1. Increase the number of readers, including boys.
2. Ensure wide reach and strong audience engagement.
1. Strengthen the educational information campaign for teenagers.
2. Support educational initiatives.
3. Teach safe behaviour in the information environment.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Boys and girls aged 13–17 who are interested in self-development, want to improve communication with peers and are learning how to set and defend personal boundaries.

COMMUNICATION IDEA

Help teenagers recognise their emotions and go through the stages of growing up in a friendly and safe information space.

CONTENT

Explanatory posts, infographics, short videos and Stories covering topics that concern teenagers. Content funnels consisting of a post, two sets of Stories and psychologist-led moderation. Visuals reinforced the meaning of the texts, transforming the project’s social media into a modern teen-focused magazine.

FEEDBACK

The audience actively viewed and responded to the content, especially video materials relevant to teenagers, using them as a practical guide to growing up.
